How will Bluewater Power know I've signed up with a retailer? Do I need to call you?
Your retailer will let us know. You do not need to call or write to us.
Can I still take advantage of Bluewater Power's Equal Payment Plan (Budget Billing)?
Unfortunately, no. Your account will be reconciled on the last bill you receive before your retailer rate takes effect.
When does my retailer rate come into effect?
The day following your first regularly scheduled meter reading after your retailer has advised Bluewater Power.
What is my contracted rate for electricity?
For an answer to this and any other questions related to your contract, you will need to contact your retailer directly or read over the details of your contract.
What if I move? Does my contract go with me?
Notify your retailer of a pending move and they will determine if they can still supply your electricity under the terms of your agreement.
Will I continue to be billed on the same schedule?
You will continue to receive your bills according to your regular schedule. You will still have 16 days to pay.
If I want to dispute my bill, whom do I call?
If your dispute were related to the cost per kilowatt-hour of the electricity, you would contact your retailer. If your dispute were related to your meter, you would call Bluewater Power.
Is Bluewater Power offering long-term contracts for electricity?
No. Bluewater Power is an electricity distributor, not a retailer. |
